Undergraduate

1) Application Form (downloadable here);
2) Secondary school transcripts/reports for senior 4, 5 and senior 6 ;
3) A notified secondary school certificate with a minimum of 2 principal passes;
4) Two Passport size photos;
5) A photocopy of the National ID Card or Passport;
6) A non-refundable application fee of Frws 20,000 paid in any of the following bank accounts:

Bank of Kigali: 040 – 0280275 -75 (FRWS)
Bank of Kigali: 040 – 0292172 – 41 (USD)
Equity Bank: 400 – 3211197369 (FRWS)

NOTE: Before applying, applicants with foreign academics qualifications shall obtain an equivalence of certificates from Rwanda Education Board (REB) for general secondary education. Then the following documents shall be required:

a) A Certified copy of the Senior Six (S6) certificate and transcripts of the last year of the secondary education’s Advanced General Certificate;
b) A Copy of the valid passport;
c) A Certified copy of the equivalence of the academic qualifications with the Rwandan system of education.

Masters

The following are requirements for admission into Masters programme:

1. A well filled in application form (Downloadable here)

2. Official receipt of application fee payment (20,000 Rwf)
3. Certified photocopies of college or university diplomas or degree certificates
4. Two recent passport-size photos
5. Three letters of recommendation from referees in sealed envelopes
6. Two certified copies of official transcript from each college/ university attended (certified by the institution or Commissioner of Oath)
7. Certified photocopy of secondary school certificate
8. Updated curriculum vitae (CV)
9. Essay (Explaining educational goals, career objectives, work experience, awards, and/or extracurricular activities)
