Minimum Qualifications
- At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field
- At least 2 years’ experience
Basic Job Functions:
- Responsible For making outbound and receiving inbound calls
- Responsible For achieving individual sales targets.
- Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target
- Informing clients about market trends
- Implement the company’s policies
- Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.
Additional attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Strong phone skills
- Active listener
