Job Functions
- Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound call.
- Responsible for achieving individual sales target.
- Informing clients about market trends.
- Implement the company’s policies.
- Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target.
- Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.
Job Qualification & skills
- At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills.
