Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Account Manager with a background in Sales and marketing. He/she should have a background working with Payment Gateway systems and managing key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with payment gateway providers to resolve issues and manage integrations of new payment gateways.
Mange promotions with the providers and pitch new marketing ideas.
Analyze, assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
All other Ad Hoc duties expected.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years sales experience
Minimum 3 years marketing experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with mobile money payment gateways (such as Mpesa, Tigo, Airtel, Halopesa)
Experience as Account Manager or similar role
Academic Certificates
Fluent in English and Swahili
Computer literate (MS Office)
High level of attention to detail
Willing to work Day and/or Night Shift
Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required
Interest in and knowledge of sports (soccer, cricket, rugby, tennis, basketball, etc) an advantage
