Routine review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for best Industry practices and efficiency
Builds market position by LOCATING, DEVELOPING, DEFINING, NEGOCIATING, and CLOSING business relationships
Staffing, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating team members to ensure an effective and efficient team is prepared for Sales and Marketing
Tailor scope of work for the operations and technical teams to perform for managed services for each customer as it will be unique.
Preparing and/or scrutinizing each proposal, tenders, RFP responses send to customers ensuring solution, cost and quality are met to superior standard
Customer advisory services ensuring compliance to IT standards
Coordinating with internal staff to build and design system integration and other solutions for customer needs
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;integrating contract requirements with business operations
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Preparing customer contracts and ensuring compliance to IT standards
Risk assessment for the Sales and Marketing department

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience, certifications, and training.
8 plus years professional working experience in similar enterprise environment
Market Knowledge for Terrestrial & Satellite based networks, System Integration and Data Centers
Presentation Skills with good command of English
Self-Motivated, capable to enhance team energy level
Meeting Sales Goals
Willing to travel places especially in African countries
