Main Job Task and Responsibilities
1)Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
2)Management and resolve customer complaints.
3)Sell and place customer orders in the computer system.
4)Provide product and service information to customers concerning service
Research required information using available resources
5)Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
6)Process orders, forms, and application
7)Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Education and Experience
-High school diploma, Bachelor degree or equivalent
-Proficient in relevant computer applications
1 years of experience in a call center environment
Knowledge of front office service practices and principles
-Excellent data entry and typing skills
