Job Description
- Reviewing the beneficiary debtor list
- Contacting the beneficiaries and informing them of their overdue bills
- Negotiating suitable payment plans
- Responsible for submitting activity reports and financial reports on a regular basis to the board
- Ensuring collection targets are met
- Implementing a proper debt follow-up workflow
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business management or similar field
- Previous experience working in microfinance/bank/NGO
