- Rigor International on behalf of a client is looking to hire an Human Resources Personnel to perform the below functions;
- Create a HR framework that is in line with government legislation and company policies
- Develop, review and implement company policies and procedures
- Performance Management, Training, Recruitment, ensure proper documentation of employee information, payroll & leave management etc
- Promote company vision and strategy
- Act as point person for HR related issues for staff and management team
- Ensure positive contribution by all staff and staff engagement
- Over 4 years relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proven knowledge in Tanzania labour law
- ICT literate
- Ability to command respect and build relations on the basis of credibility and expertise
- Excellent organisational skills.
