JOB POSITION: ICT OFFICER.

INDUSTRY: RETAIL BUSINESS.

LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM

Urgently Needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and troubleshoot all network and computer related issues.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Testing and evaluating all new technology including M&E systems e.g. database systems,
• websites etc.
• Enhancing office IT system through appropriate upgrades and advice Operations Unit on
• changes or improvements required.
• Helping in installing and supporting of all ICT hardware and software;

Qualification Required:

• Have 5+ year experience in Computer Hardware and Networking.
• Basic knowledge of Retail Business.
• Have knowledge of Mail server and configuration of email.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server and office,
• Have Good knowledge manage and configure Switches , Firewalls & Routers
• Have good knowledge in server backup and recovery model
• Have working knowledge in Android and iOS Platform.
• Have good experience to Manage LAN & WAN
• Have knowledge of Mail server and configuration of email.
• Have strong knowledge to install and configure Servers.
• Must Have VMWare knowledge.
• Able to install Application and provide end users support & Training.
• Able to Handle Tally ERP installation, Configuration and Back up Planning.
