ABOUT WFP: The United Nations World Food Programme is the world’s largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide. The mission of WFP is to help the world achieve Zero Hunger in our lifetimes. Every day, WFP works worldwide to ensure that no child goes to bed hungry and that the poorest and most vulnerable, particularly women and children, can access the nutritious food they need.

The Tanzania CSP aims to progressively shift the focus of its work from direct implementation of food assistance programmes towards capacity strengthening and technical assistance to national partners.

The Tanzania field innovation hub has been in place since May 2017 with promising results. During this time, the field hub has helped source, test, refine and look to scale relevant global innovations that can further Tanzania’s strategic objectives.visit: https://innovation.wfp.org/tanzania
