Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre East (IPRC-East) Admission Requirements

Requirements for Admission in A1 programs

For Government sponsored students:

• A notarised secondary school certificate or its equivalence
  Copies of transcripts of the last three years (Bulletins)
• A copy of the national identity card
• Four coloured passport size photographs
• Itorero/ Ingando certificate (for Rwandan students)
• Filled loan application form and approved by District’s authorities concerning the UBUDEHE category ( The loan application form is obtainable on www.reb.rw)
• Pay slips of having paid registration fees and caution fees

For Private students:

• A notarised secondary school certificate or its equivalence
• Copies of transcripts of the last three years (Bulletins)
• A copy of the national identity card
• Four coloured passport size photographs
• Pay slips of having paid registration fees and caution fees

Written Proof of sponsorship

• A late Registration fee of 5000 Frw (Applied to Rwandese) or 20$ (applied expatriates) will be paid by late comers.
• Requirements for admission in Vocational Training Centre (VTC)
• Eligible applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
• Completed at least Nine years basic education or senior three of former secondary school
• Two coloured passport size photographs
• A duly filled registration form
• Copy of the ID card
• Copy of his or her recent transcript

Requirements for admission in IPRC EAST/Technical Secondary School (TSS)

• Eligible applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
• Have completed O’ Level or 9 years basic education
• Have succeed the national examination of O’ Level
• Students should be sent by WDA
• Some of students from other Technical Secondary School in S5
  should be admitted at TSS based on available places.
