Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join our dedicated team. This role involves carrying out administrative tasks, managing our fleet, and overseeing the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks, including managing files, handling correspondence, and updating internal databases.
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the organization.
- Oversee and manage the organization’s fleet, including maintenance scheduling, licensing, and registration.
Manage warehouse operations to ensure inventory is maintained accurately and goods are stored correctly and safely. - Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in fleet management and warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
