- Business Development Officer – (1 Post)
Reports to: – Director of Programs
1.1 Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Identify new calls for Consultancy or project and inform the supervisor on weekly basis. (ii) Develop a database of potential donors and clients and Seek out the appropriate contact
in an organization. (iii) Participate in drafting proposals with Proposal developing Team. (iv) Take lead in attending opening of tenders and submitting tender documents where
appropriate. (v) Develop promotional materials for the company. (vi) Develop a database of key consultants and projects implemented by the company. (vii) To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by relevant authorities of the
company.
1.2 Qualification and Experience
(i) A postgraduate degree in economics, Public Policy, Marketing and Procurement, Finance, Business Administration, Project Planning, Investment and Planning or any related field. (ii) Must have at least 3.5 GPA at undergraduate level (iii) At least two years’ experience in consultancy service management. (iv) Understanding of tendering processes, government procurement and TRA systems.
1.3 Skills
(i) Excellent written and oral communication. (ii) Good knowledge of computer and software application. (iii) Capacity to write feasible business ideas and proposals.
(iv) Good command of presentation skills and ability to prepare standard Power Points for
formal presentation. (v) Ability to work with people from all backgrounds. (vi) Proven Integrity and good personality. (vii) Ability to work independently, under pressure and with minimum supervision.
1.4 Age requirement: Between 25 and 45 years old.

- Accountant – (1 Post)
Reports to: – Director of Finance and Administration
2.1 Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Prepare donor Financial Reports. (ii) Prepare internal management Reports- monthly, quarterly and annual. (iii) Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements. (iv) Conduct bank reconciliation for all bank accounts and approval of PRs/LPOs and LPO
alterations. (v) Assist in the development of consultancy proposals and annual budgets in liaison with
the Finance Manager & Company staff. (vi) Prepare monthly income and expenditure statements with project managers to monitor
budget performances. (vii) Prepare, update and coordinate the company fixed assets register by recording the assets in the appropriate ledgers to determine status for revaluation, depreciation and disposal in order to maintain proper fixed assets record in conformity with laws, regulations and procedures. (viii) To undertake company stock taking exercise through physical checking, counting and
evaluating the assets in order to provide necessary schedules for cost and depreciation. (ix) To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by relevant authorities of the
company.
2.2 Qualification and Experience
(i) Degree/Advanced Diploma in accounting or any related field of study. (ii) At least 3.5 GPA at undergraduate level. (iii) Having CPA-T is an added advantage (iv) Experience of working in private firms or consultancy firms is an added advantage. (v) Understanding of government procurement systems and TRA systems.
2.3 Skills
(i) Knowledge on the use of ICT led accounting packages and advanced MS excel. (ii) Ability to work independently, under pressure and with minimum supervision. (iii) Ability to work with people from all backgrounds. (iv) Proven integrity and good personality.
2.4 Age requirements: Between 25 and 45 years old.

- Personal Assistant cum Receptionist – (1 Post)
Reports to: – Managing Director
3.1 Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Provide official Personal Assistant and Administrative support principally for the
Managing Director. (ii) Logging, processing and disseminating correspondences as far as MD undertaking is
concerned. (iii) Drafting standards correspondences, producing letters, papers and other
documentation to the highest standards of presentation. (iv) To ensure that copies of letters are filed in relevant files. (v) Advance planning and logistical support for meetings. (vi) Acting as first point of contact in the Managing Director’s office for all internal and
external enquires by telephone and personal. (vii) Follow up of payment of the Director’s expenses, processing of invoices using the
organization’s financial system. (viii) Developing and maintaining relevant databases and filing systems for optimal
management of information and contacts. (ix) Maintaining the office inventory and stationary supplies and utility services
maintenance. (x) Manage petty cash of the company. (xi) Support typing of tender documents and formatting of tender documents before
submission. (xii) Support other staff in the process of developing tender documents. (xiii) To attend guests/customers and direct them appropriately. (xiv) To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by relevant authorities of the
company.
3.2 Qualification and Experience
(i) Holder of Form four proven certificate of Secondary Education with credit passes in
English and Kiswahili. (ii) Diploma in secretarial studies and administration or any related field of study from
recognized institution. (iii) Must have at least 3.8 GPA at diploma level. (iv) Experience of working in private firms or consulting firms is an added advantage.
3.3 Skills
(i) Good typing speed and mastery of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (ii) Good command of both written and spoken English. (iii) Ability to work independently, under pressure and with minimum supervision.

(iv) Ability to work with people from all backgrounds. (v) Proven Integrity and good personality
3.4 Age requirements: Between 21 and 30 years old.

- Office attendant – (1 Post)
Reports to: – Personal Assistant
4.1 Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Clean the office and office environment. (ii) Support with movements of paper in the office and outside the office. (iii) Support with preparation of office tea and attend guest. (iv) Support on minor office management services such as filing of documents. (v) Carry out other activities as may be assigned to him/her by the supervisor.
4.2 Qualification and Experience
(i) Holder of Form four proven certificate of Secondary Education with credit passes in
English and Kiswahili. (ii) Experience of working at the capacity of office attendant or in cleaning companies is an
added advantage. (iii) Holding VETA certificate in the related field is an added advantage
4.3 Skills
(i) Ability to work independently, under pressure and with minimum supervision. (ii) Ability to work with people from all backgrounds. (iii) Good command of speaking English is an asset. (iv) Proven Integrity and good personality

- Interns – (3 posts)
Reports to: – Business Development Officer
5.1 Job Objectives Intern is a training post that aims to incubate a certain calibre of self-motivated young graduates in different areas of work. The recruitment of interns is guided by the Human Resource and Administration policy of the company. No payments shall be provided to interns that will be hired by the company. However, interns shall be attached to any existing projects, depending on the availability of projects.
The internship will go for a maximum period of six months and thereafter, they will graduate from the company.
5.2 Duties and Responsibilities
(i) Support on various programs and operational issues. (ii) Learn how to write tender documents. (iii) Provide ICT, graphic design and Marketing support. (iv) Get capacity building in various aspects such as technical writing skills, communication
skills, leadership skills, marketing skills, proposal writing skills etc
5.3 Required Qualification
(i) At least undergraduate in the field of ICT, Computer Science or Economics and planning, Graphic design or any related field of study. Those who have completed their studies but not awarded degree will be considered after providing proof from the Universities. (ii) Ability to work independently, under pressure and with minimum supervision (iii) Ability to work with people from all backgrounds (iv) Good command of speaking English is an asset (v) Proven Integrity and good personality (vi) Must be living in Dodoma.
