To identify potential markets and make sales to obtain potential customers/borrowers
To conduct thorough loan appraisal to all customers who have shown interest to borrow from BFS
Prepare and present loan packages/files to the immediate supervisor or line manager
Monitor all loan repayments from all customers that he/she has disbursed loans
Make follow up for the late repayments
Manages credit quality standards through effective management of risk according to the Credit policy
To perform any other duty that may be assigned by his/her supervisor from time to time

A minimum of at least certificate and a maximum of A Bachelor Degree in fields of Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences and any other related fields
Should not be less than 20 and not more 35 years of age
Experience in credit operations is an added advantage
