Position: Finance and Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a Tanzanian National qualified and experienced to fill the position of a Finance and Administrative Assistant whose key responsibilities will be the following:
Provide administrative support to ensure that office operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner;
Preparation of reports and financial data;
Maintain records and files;
General customer relations;
Other related duties as required.
The key skills required are:
Verbal and written communication in English;
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures;
Professional in demeanor and presentation;
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
A Minimum of 2-3 years in Senior Management in Insurance.
Holder of a Diploma in Business and Administration- Finance Option.
Basic Knowledge in accounting is an added advantage
