1. Managing the performance of a team of field assistants.
2. Measuring the effectiveness of field assistant’s performance.
3. Mentoring and coaching field assistants to correct performance deficiencies or taking disciplinary action.
4. Forging strong relationships with district officials
5. Engaging with farmers to form groups and to sign contracts with the company.
