Position: Office Secretary at Upstairs Engineering LTD

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, Preparing and filling reports
  • Organizing, servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail shorts and similar publicity task
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Acting as a receptionist and meeting and greeting clients

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Secretarial courses
  • Certificate in Computer Course
  • 2 years experience in related field (front office)
  • Fluent in English Language
