The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.

Essential Skills:

• Around 15-20 years of SAP consulting & project management experience
• At least managed four end to end SAP transformation SI projects preferably one to two in Africa region
• Good knowledge on SAP Activate methodology with certification, project governance and reporting to steercom members
• Responsible for various tracks like ERP, Infrastructure, GIS, Analytics etc
• Dealing with multiple partners and stake holders in all the tracks
• Understand need of change management & how this will be implemented in SAP transformation & SI projects
• Experience in handling contracts, procurement for hardware infrastructure, installation & software licensing etc in SI Project
• Well conversant with project financial management and reporting, resource capacity planning for program
