Job Title: Sales Manager – Office Automation

Our client is one of the leading IT solutions provider.
They seek to hire an Sales Manager to lead the team as well as manage new contracts & existing business for both revenue and collections
Responsibilities
- Build strategy on product positioning and pricing in liaison with the Head of Business (HOB)
- Build a strong team that will ensure that the Managed Print Service strategy is met
- Assign sales targets to each of the team members in line with the agreed budget in liaison with the HOB.
- Ensure the product targets are met through the Sales team
- Collect market intelligence information through the sales team for decision making in liaison with the Head of Business to remain competitive in the market against competition
- Positioning calls in key corporate accounts
- Inventory planning on equipment , spare parts and consumables.
- Positioning calls in key corporate accounts.
- Review business on a weekly & monthly basis to ensure that it is aligned to the CMS Business Strategy
- Delegate’s authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
- Constantly explore new markets or alternate channels for products
- Ensuring that the teams pipeline is in place to enable target achievement
- Ensures timely collection in liaison with credit control team
- Works closely with Head of Business and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects/equipment/Spares/Consumables
- Assists the Head of Business in planning the stocks based on past trends & forecast based on customer needs
- Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality sales team. Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified sales staff.
Knowledge and Experience required of jobholder
- Degree in business management and / or any other related areas
- 7 – 10 years’ experience in the office automation industry
- Proven leadership and ability to establish , maintain and drive teams.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Experience in management or senior sales experience
- Experience in office automation sales both hardware and software
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
