About Tanzania Global Learning Agency – TaGLA
The Online Training Agency (TaGLA) was established under the Government Agencies Act Chapter 245 with the responsibility to build the capacity of public servants and the private sector through the use of technology.
TaGLA is a member of the Association for Development Studies in Africa (AADLC) and the Global Development Training Network (GDLN) which has a network of 120 development information centers around the world. AADLC and GDLN are responsible for enabling decision makers and professionals as well as intermediate level executives to access and share world-class experience and knowledge through online communication systems including video conferencing, internet, video, CD- ROM, and various publications.
