Import of used cars and spare parts
The excise duty will be levied on imported used vehicles based on engine load as follows:
Used vehicles 8 years or older but not older than 10 years will be charged a 15% rate other than agricultural tractors
Vehicles used more than 10 years from the year of maintenance will be charged a rate of 30%.
buses used over 5 years from the year of maintenance will be charged a rate of 10%.
Used car and motorcycle parts will be subject to excise duty at 25%
