RAM Learnership Programme
RAM is offering a learnership programme for South African individuals who wish to acquire a basic working foundation in the field of Professional Driving. The RAM Professional Driving Learnership is a wonderful opportunity for young folks who would like to receive working exposure into this career path. Throughout the programme, learners will be subjected to a structured curriculum that combines both theoretical assessments and practical working sessions. With the help of professional training providers, learners will be enriched with a solid new set of skills and knowledge.
The RAM Professional Driving Learnership will be conducted for a total of 12 months. Chosen candidates will need to sign a fixed term employment contract followed by a learnership contract. Learners will not be given a salary. Instead, there will be a learner allowance provided on a monthly basis. Successful learners will be entitled to an NQF Level 3 National Certificate in Professional Driving Learnership.

Programme Requirements
Interested candidates who want to apply for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria
- Officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa
- Currently between 18-29 years old
- Possesses a Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- Holds a legitimate Driver’s License (Code 10)
- Both physically and medically healthy for the programme
- Does not have previous criminal records
- Currently unemployed or is not pursuing any further studies/bursary opportunity
- Prepared to undergo through theoretical assessments and practical working sessions.
Working Attributes
- Has a basic understanding of numeracy
- Shows impressive driving abilities
- Displays wonderful communication skills.

Application Dates

RAM Learnership Stipend
When you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
