Programme Requirements
Interested candidates who want to apply for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria;
- Must be a South African national.
- Must have completed Matric and passed Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
- Matric English must be passed.
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 29.
- You must be unemployed.
- You must NOT be enrolled or registered to enroll in a tertiary institution.
- You must NOT be registered for another SETA learnership.
- Must be willing, capable, and dedicated to completing a 12-month learnership.
- Must be available to work weekends, shifts, and flexible hours. Must be cheerful.
- Must be enthusiastic about retail.
- Must be customer-focused and enthusiastic about providing excellent service.
- Must be dedicated and have a strong work ethic.

TFG Learnership Stipend
When you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
