GDE late applications 2023: The Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) has extended the GDE Admissions application for 2023. Parents can apply for late admissions from 20 December 2022 to 20 January 2023. All those parents who were not able to apply during the first round admission window can now apply for admission as the application window is now open for late applications. There will be new updates for the GDE application on the official website of GDE soon. The next application period should be commenced approximately in July.

If you reside in Gauteng and have not yet submitted your child’s Grade 1 & Grade 8 online admissions application for 2023, then you are in luck because the Department has reopened the system.
While the late registrations process gets underway, the Department has called on parents and Guardians to login and apply on its GDE admissions website:https://www.gdeadmissions.gov.za/
