Afrika Tikkun Learnership Programme
Afrika Tikkun Services is passionate about creating a brighter future for our youth through sustainable employment opportunities. One of the ways in which we achieve this is through our learnership and internship programme. A learnership is a structured learning process for candidates to gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the workplace, directly related to an occupation or field of work.
For the youth, learnerships are opportunities to access a career whilst simultaneously studying for an educational qualification. For businesses, both provide various benefits, including, BBEEE points, tax incentives, increased ROI through talent pipeline building, not to mention the opportunity to make a profound impact on a candidate’s life.
