Sanlam Learnership Programme
The Sanlam learnership programme is aimed at empowering and resetting the balance of skill shortages in South Africa. The programme supports sustainable transformation within South Africa and the financial sector.
Students who successfully complete the learnership programme will receive a Further Education and Training Certificate: Long-term Insurance, NQF Level 4 – worth 140 Credits.
This learnership opportunity is the perfect opportunity for candidates to get “their foot in the door” to a large organisation.
Programme Requirements
Interested candidates who want to apply for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria
- South African citizen
- 35 years old or younger
- Completed Matric
- Passed English in Matric
- Passed an additional South African official language in Matric
- Currently unemployed
- Currently not studying (or planning to study) during the course of the learnership programme
- Have not completed the SAQA ID 49649 (Further Education and Training Certificate: Long-term Insurance)
- Students with disabilities are encouraged to apply

Sanlam Learnership Stipend
When you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
