SBV Learnership Programme
Working for a company that greatly values the importance of security is indeed an important task. Therefore, in order to better equip individuals who have a high interest in the profession, individuals may sign up for the SBV Leanerships. Through this leanership, all accepted applicants will be given a the chance to undergo theoretical knowledge classes as well as on-site practical training that will be held in the SBV Learning Academy. Targeted at mainly unemployed youths in need of learning experience, the SBV Learnerships is also open towards individuals who are living with disabilities as well. The SBV Learnerships comes with a lot of qualifications on hand. In additional to the eligibility criteria that must be fulfilled, the learnership requires candidates to compile several important documents to support their application process, as well as fulfill other important requirements. Therefore, it is highly important that all candidates pay a lot of attention to the qualifications that are asked of SBV.
Programme Requirements
Interested candidates who want to apply for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria
- The candidates must be citizens of South Africa – will be proven with a valid and legit ID document
- They must be less than 30 years old
- They must not have any criminal record
- They must have completed Grade 12
- They must have a Grade 12 Certificate with a pass level of at least level 4 in English as well as a pass in Mathematics or Maths literacy
- They must not have any criminal record
- They must have a clear credit record
- If they have a level 3 minimum for Accounting, it would be an added point
- Priority and preference would be given to disabled candidates
Other requirements would include:
- The participants must attend 7-days (compulsory) training during the first year period
- They must be unemployed
- They must be able to present a professional attitude or image
- They must not take part in any training, learnership, or educational learning during the learnership period

SBV Learnership Stipend
When you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
