Speccon Learnership Programme
Speccon learnership provides both employer and employee with a best combination of work opportunity and skills development. The employer trains participants into the type of workers they need, certainly teach any skills they have, while at the same time participants get a good transferable skills that ready to entry to the working environment.
Speccon learnership programme leads to an NQF registered qualification and serves both a theoretical learning and practical training, which is complete at the workplace. Let’s learn each programme through the programme details we will explain below.
Programme Requirements
Interested candidates who want to apply for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria;
- The applicant must at least have a matric certificate with English and Mathematics to complete these programs.
- For the management program it is important to also have some working experience as this is a NQF 5 program and relates to management.
- Must have completed Matric (NSC)

Speccon Learnership Stipend
When you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.

About Speccon
SpecCon (Pty) Ltd was established in 2013 by a Chartered Accountant who spotted a need for a training solutions company while working in senior management. Founder, Heinrich van der Westhuizen, realised that there was a shortage of essential skills development within companies which decreased employee efficiency in the workplace. Van der Westhuizen began his training venture by teaching Microsoft Excel and a free online platform for individuals to learn Excel.
