Toyota Learnership Programme
The Toyota Learnership Programme was developed as a means of training in various disciplines. This programme is a great opportunity for candidates who wish to pursue a career and qualification in the mechanical trade.
Candidates will have the advantage of working with Toyota for 5 months, gaining work experience and trade knowledge. Successful participants will be awarded certification after the programme is complete.
The Toyota Learnership Programme offers the opportunity for a greater chance of employment in technical disciplines. This is due to the learner receiving adequate working experience and certification, proving their competency in their trade.

- Fire fighting
- Operations & dispatch products
- Operate & monitor production machines
- Marking off welding
- Manufacturing drawing & assembly
- Safety hand tool
- Prepare surfaces
- Work in a team.
Programme Requirements
Interested candidates who want to apply for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria;
- National Technical Certificate [N3-N6]
- Matric/Technical Matric with subjects:
- Maths & Engineering Science/Physical Science
- Mechanical Trade/Electrical Trade/Motor trade Theory
- Mechanical Drawing
- Graphical Design
- Have good communication skills
- Perseverance
- Planning & organizing skills
- Accurate information gathering & analysis.

Toyota Learnership Stipend
When you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
