Uconomy Youth is offering several learnership programmes for South African individuals who require credible training sessions to become better workers. The Uconomy Youth Learnerships is a wonderful opportunity that will allow you to become solid future employees through the sessions that you will participate in either one of these programmes. As a learner, you will be subjected to a structured curriculum that combines both theoretical assessments and practical working sessions in a real-time company settings. Under the guidance of credible experts, your progress will be tracked throughout the entire programme.
The Uconomy Youth Learnerships is currently available for the following fields:
- End-User Computing
- Business Administration
- Generic Management
- Contact Center
- New Venture Creation
- Technical Support
- Farming
- Horticulture
- Mixed Farming.
Programme Requirements
Interested candidates who want to apply for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria;
- Candidates must currently be between 18-28 years old
- Unemployed at the moment
- People living with disabilities are welcome to register.
If you are below 18 years old or are above 28 years old, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for the learnerships. Similarly, if you happen to have permanent employment during the time of the programme, you will not be able to register for the learnerships as well.

Uconomy youth Learnership Stipend
When you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the entire learnership.
