Accommodation and Transport
Some students stay in the nurses home and some are staying in private residence in Sterkspruit village.
Student Activities
Students are given opportunities to explore on their hobbies
Typical sports codes that they embark on are as follows:
Soccer, Netball, Volleyball (Every Wednesdays after lunch).
Introduction of indigenous games has been done e.g.:
Morabaraba, Chess, Dats & Draft
All these done to stimulate brain cells so that they will in turn assist the students in critical thinking
Student Support and Medical Services
Counselling is done on needy students
Slow learners are considered and assisted
Referrals to EAPS are also done though some EAPS are not available in our institution.
Procedures are demonstrated to all students, and then accompanied before then can be ready to feedback the skill.
Medical Services: Some students utilize their medical aids, other students who don’t have medical aid are treated as per unemployed tariff rates in the institution
