In keeping with the objectives of having effective and constant supervision in the main functional areas, we are looking to recruit the positions as outlined, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
· Finding/Bringing in clients
· Selling existing plots in various areas owned by the company.
· To send customers to the site and other services provided by the company.
· Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
· Answering various questions from customers about our services
· Research customers to find new types of customers and market to them accordingly.
· Requirements & Skills
· The applicant must have the following qualifications:
· Communication skills
· Presentation skills
· Ability to understand people (Peoples skills)
· Knowledge of how to use it.
Personal characteristics:
· Communication skills: oral and written.
· The ability to understand/recognize people/interact with people.
· Ability to work well with others.
· Loyalty and self-respect
· He has a good character and is focused on his work goals.
· Desire to fulfill the goals of his work Self-motivated
· Someone who can use English and Kiswahili well.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
· Diploma (diploma) certificate (certificate) in sales and marketing.
· Holder of sales and marketing certificate will be given more opportunities.
· Experience in sales and Marketing
