CASHIER JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRPIRTION:
Cashiers are responsible for maintaining positive impressions for the companies they work Cashier duties and responsibilities include:
- Process sales transactions
- Calculate the cost of products or services
- Accept payments
- Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
- Report sales issues to CFG Finance manager
- Answer customer questions about products or services
- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
- Report issues with equipment
REQUIREMENTS
1.) Excellent customer service skills
2.) Excellent communication skills.
3.) Has experience in sales
4.) A Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
5.) Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
6.) Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
