How to Apply

Step 1:Upon completion of admission, students can register themselves online.
Before doing online registration your payment must be approved by CHUR Finance service or CHUR Management Information System .

Requested documents for registration:

The following documents are requested:

Proof of payment of RWF 25,000 as registration fee
Notarized certificate of secondary school
Copy of result reports of 6,5 and 4 secondary school
Copy of National Id card for national and copy of Passport for foreigner
2 colored photos passport

Step 2:After the completion of registration process CHUR Management Information system will provide to you registration letter,
Before doing online registration your payment must be approved by CHUR Finance service or CHUR Management Information Sytem.
staff in charge of academic document take your photo with web camera and your ID cards will be issued instantly.
