SportPesa Limited, a renowned local company operating as part of leading global SportPesa brand offering sports betting business is urgently looking for a qualified and energetic Tanzanian to fill in the position of Digital Executive. Applications are thus invited from candidates who shall fulfill the following criteria.
JOB TITLE: DIGITAL EXECUTIVE
REPORTING TO: HEAD OF MARKETING

The Digital Executive will be responsible for creating and managing all content on Social Media, new site and growing the company’s online presence through Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution. This includes scheduling content, management, and optimizing all posts for reach and engagement.
Maintain and manage multiple pages on different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Blog, and YouTube)
Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness, and online reputation
Goal setting and tracking
Social media copywriting
Stay up to date with viral trends, best practices, and technologies
Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and branding to maintain the voice across all platforms
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of media investment and optimize the brand communication/ engagement/ conversation based on insights from data analytics.
Strategize and execute all social media, SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns.
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns based on insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Compile Weekly/Monthly reports to supervisor showing ROI
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and brand influencers to make sure that content rollout is done efficiently and effectively
Drive new, incremental, and ancillary web traffic and/or other landing pages.
Run third-party relationships to implement specific web/APP direct marketing programs.
Advise the manager regarding open, pending, and upcoming IT tickets in the prioritized queue.
University degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of Marketing or Digital Marketing Industry and content distribution
Knowledge and experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, Meta Ads Manager, Media Buy
Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
Dedicated, strong team player.
Organized and detail oriented.
Must be able to work alone and in a team.
Able to perform under tight deadlines.
Strong command of the English language, Kiswahili is an asset.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console.
Good knowledge of Sports in general.
Asset creation (Social Media Design, Video Production, and Editing)
Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Knowledge of video production and editing programs (Premier Pro)
