To access Form Five Joining Instruction, You Firstly need to visit https://selform.tamisemi.go.tz/Content/selection-and-allocation/ Then Fill in your Form Four Examination index Number and click on Search and the system will provide you with Joining instructions and Selection Results
- Find the name of the school you graduated
- The list of selected applicants will be displayed for that particular school, click on the link of the school you have been selected to download the joining instruction in pdf
- Then you will be redirected to the school joining instruction form page and the pdf document of your joining instruction will be downloaded automatically
- Please save the print or save the downloaded pdf document
