The Higher Education Student Loan Board (HESLB) wishes to inform all loan applicants for the year 2018/2019 that it has extended online applications for two weeks from July 15, 2018.
Thus, the deadline for the application through the HESLB web site (https://olas.heslb.go.tz) will be Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Read more in swahili click here OR download pdf beow
Moreover, the deadline for sending a hard copy to the EMS via Tanzania’s TPC is Tuesday , August 14, 2018 to provide a chance for HESLB to analyze, verify and plan loans for qualified applicants.
Guarantee of access to the application for an application form
HESLB also wishes to inform all loan applicants for 2018/2019 that we are working closely with Tanzania Post (TPC) Agency and we are assured that it has distributed enough envelopes across the country to enable loan applicants to send their application through ‘EMS’ without interruption.
In terms of verification of birth certificates of mortgage applicants and their parents’ deaths, we have been certified by the Registration, Insolvency and Guarantee Agency (RITA) that all application certification requests will be completed within an extended period of time.
