List of HESLB students with incomplete applications – Majina ya waliokosea kuomba mkopo 2020/2021 are the names of Higher Education Students’ Loans Board – HESLB applicants who did not complete their applications forms (identified with missing/incomplete details and attachments).
The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) Online Loan window were open from July 16 to October 5, 2020. All the needy undergraduate applicants were able to send their loan applicants online via HESLB’s Online Loan Application System (OLAMS).
Shortly after the closure of HESLB online application, The HESLB conducted a careful analysis to identify applicants whose applications were incomplete.

Sadly, some applicants were identified to have some particulars missing on their application forms, such identified missing/incomplete particulars and attachments were as follows:
- Uncertified Birth Certificate by RITA
- Missing Applicant signature
- Wrong Attachments
- Missing Attachments
- Missing Guarantor Signature
- Missing Advocate or Judiciary Signature
- Missing Stamp to some pages (Not Signed & Not Stamped pages)

The lists of HESLB applicants with missing / incomplete particulars and attachments are usually released by HESLB after the conduct of screening exercise on the Online Loan Application and Management System.
