To mobilize community to fully participate in the process of enhancing good governance, sustainable development through better services delivery with aim of eradicating poverty.
VISION:
The vision of Kilwa District Council is to revive the lost glory of Kilwa and build a concrete sustainable social and economic development which will bring better peoples life, self reliance and rise from the existing II to IV by year 2011.
